ITHACA, GREECE, JUNE 6TH- 13TH, 2026
The September retreat was such a wonderful success, I am organising another one for June 2026! Please do let me know if you would like to book a place.

Come and join me for a magical week of yoga, sunshine, clear water and delicious food on this beautiful Ionian island, full of olive groves, hidden beaches and little coves.

This retreat is set in a stunning, peaceful location overlooking the sea. It has a private swimming pool but is also only a short walk away from lovely beaches. One small almost private beach is less than 4 minutes away down a pretty path, and a larger beach with sun loungers and umbrellas for hire is only about a 5 mins walk. A 10 minute walk will take you to another beach with natural shade under the trees.

There are plenty of quiet places to tuck yourself away to read a book or snooze in the shade. Most of the rooms have their own private areas to sit outside.
Yoga:

In the mornings before brunch we will warm up gently before building to a mindful flow, helping to bring strength and fluidity of movement to our bodies. In the evenings before supper we will have a slower, more restorative and explorative session with more of a focus on letting go, meditation, pranayama, mudras, chakras, chanting and a longer guided relaxation than the morning session. (The rest of the day is free for you to either lounge around with a book, take a hike, swim, have a massage or make the most of some the wonderful excursions on offer.
Transport :
Flights are to Kefalonia (not included in the price), where if you arrive around the suggested group time you will be met and driven to FIskardo. From there we will all be taken by private boat to the retreat. The return journey will again be included if it fits around the suggested group time.
Food:

We will enjoy delicious freshly cooked traditional Greek food with a contemporary twist. Meals will mostly be vegetarian with the vegetables organic and locally sourced. Twice during the week however there will be the option of fish.
*Please let me know in advance if you have any allergies or other dietary requirements.
The prices below include:
*Accommodation in luxurious rooms facing the sea
*Yoga twice a day on five days
*Group transit from Kefalonia airport and back again if times fit in with others
*Meals (brunch, afternoon snack, cake and fresh fruit and dinner)
*Filtered water (do bring a water bottle!)
*Tea, coffee and herbs for hot drinks
* Beach towels
*A homemade soap and face balm (but shampoo/conditioner not provided)
*Mats and all other props are provided so you don’t have to bring your own unless you prefer to.
Not included:
Flights, massages (and other therapies), boat rides and other activities are extra….but there is a lot on offer locally to keep you happy…relaxed or busy whatever you prefer! The venue has a speed boat that can be hired with a maximum capacity of 9 people to take you to empty beaches only accessible by boat, or there are kayaks to hire, scuba diving, mountain or E-bikes that can be organised. Or plenty of hikes around the island.
Laundry and ironing can be arranged at extra cost
Transit if you arrive outside the group times.

TAROUDANT, 2027
“One of the most beautiful towns in Morocco”
A yoga retreat at an eco lodge, promoting responsible and sustainable tourism in Morocco
This is a different format to my other retreats….in that Holidays with Heart organise all the bookings, and advise and liaise with everyone about flights/transfers etc. I would like to know who is coming ….so please do let me know!…but the booking system is with them…so you will need to fill in the details on this link: https://cecu.co.uk/br270929/.
The retreat will cost from £950-980 for shared accommodation, with a £250 supplement for single occupancy. The deposit is £100, which is non refundable.
The reviews for the food at this venue are excellent. (“The food was the best vegetarian food I have ever tasted,” “We dined at Gazelle D’Or, an exclusive nearby hotel, and it doesn’t come close to La Maison.“) The prices quoted are for vegetarian meals but they can offer us meat or fish for a small supplement. I would suggest we eat mostly vegetarian food, but maybe have some meat/fish options on a night or two.
This retreat is further from the sea than my other retreats, but it has a pool. It is on the outskirts of Taroudant, an authentic Berber market town in the heart of the Souss valley with ‘the best preserved town walls in Morocco and a backdrop of the High and Anti Altas Mountains’. It is described as a ‘Mini Marrakech but with a laid back charm and without the hassle’.

Other than the yoga, and lounging by the pool, this retreat would be about engaging with the local environment and the community. Activities could include massages (for about £24 an hour!!), hammams (either in town or their own private solar powered one), henna tattoos, craft workshops (leather making, jewellery making etc) cookery lessons etc. Excursions could be to a beautiful oasis, to an argan oil co-operative, shopping in the souks, Berber castles, hiking in the Atlas mountains….and a lot more. As with the other retreats, one of the days will be a yoga free day, where I will encourage everyone to go on a full day excursion together.
As with all my yoga retreats I would like this to be alcohol free at the venue. What you do when we go out on excursions is totally up to you…but I strongly feel that a yoga retreat is a good opportunity to detox, and if some people are drinking at the venue it changes the dynamic of the group. I really would appreciate it if everyone could respect this.
