I teach riders at occasional Yoga and Dressage retreats with Rupert Humphreys.
These weekends are aimed at stretching and strengthening muscles specific to riding and relieving aches and pains associated with a long day in the saddle. Yoga can also help people grasp the nuances of a dressage teaching instruction as yoga brings a deeper understanding of the body and the importance of what might seem a very subtle shift in posture or balance.
