Yoga and Gongs with Chrys Blanchard ….in Gwehelog
Friday 27th March 2026 from 5.30-8pm and Saturday 28th January 2026 from 10.30-1pm (Gentle yoga followed by a blissfully relaxing sound bath led by Chrys. £25
I also organise occasional yoga and gong bath day retreats (with a delicious and nutritious lunch included) and am happy to help with a bespoke retreat day or weekend.
